Design Process

A website is one of the MOST important pieces of marketing material today.

It can range from a simple brochure-style site, where you can place texts and pictures about you or your company combined with a contact form, to more complex structures, where visitors can interact with the site, read news and articles, contact you from a specific service page, etc.

While we encourage our clients to have a logo before building a website (mostly to make sure the site is consistent with the established graphic image, and not the other way around), the site can be built first. There are a few things to take into account when looking to buid your business or company website:

- Text Content: this is crucial. There are a few exceptions where text content could be not that important, such as a website for a photographer for example, where the "meat" of the content will be the photos. Text content is always provided by the client, as right now we don't offer this service.

- Graphic Content: The truth is, we can take care of selecting pictures for your site, and obviously our team will do their own original graphics to use on each work (since all of our work is created from scratch). If you have pictures you want us to use on the site, that's great. If but if you don't have them, don't panic, we've got you covered.

- Structure and Layout: It's very probable that you've visited a site in the past, where you're sure the information you're looking for is there, but you just can't place it. Frustrating, right? We know that a bad structure can bring ANY site to the ground, so expect our opinions on where key elements should be placed to make them easy to find by anyone visiting your site.

In a nutshell, we'll provide you 2-3 different mockups, based on our design questionnaire. Then, we'll expect your feedback on which one you liked the most, if there is one, or what elements you liked/disliked from them. After that it's just a matter of talking, going over details, and each round we'll move closer to a final website you can be proud of, that will represent just how much effort you put in your own work.
